Bad Day to Be a Hornworm
I picked 3 more of these ugly beasts off my toms today. Holy cow, do they get freakin' huge. The little balls of poo give them away.
Matthew, hey I just read your comment on my blog. Thanks for your kind words:) Good luck with the hornworms, they are so entirely frustrating! Once I got them all, I didn't really have many more problems with them. You just have to get to them before they destroy your entire plant. You can use Bt, although I have not. I have heard that it is good to go out at night with a flashlight and find them that way.
